What You Get

A patio sits right against your house, which means the number one rule is drainage. We pitch every patio away from the foundation and, where the yard slopes back toward the house, we add a drain tied into your downspout system. Nobody wants a beautiful patio that floods the basement.

Broom finish is the workhorse: clean, textured, and the most affordable option. Stamped concrete gives you the look of flagstone, slate, or wood plank at a fraction of the cost of pavers, with no weeds between joints. We stamp with proper color hardener and release so the color is in the surface, not painted on.

We handle fire pit pads, steps down to the yard, and seat walls as part of the same pour, which saves you money because the truck and crew are already there.

Starting at $12 per sq ft broom finish, $19 per sq ft stampedStamped and colored patios include pattern, color hardener, release, and sealer.

Four Things We Do On Every Job

These are the four things Lake County homeowners complain about most in reviews of other concrete contractors. We built the company around doing the opposite.

Graded To Drain

We string-line every pour and pitch it away from your house. Then we walk it with you before we leave.

Property Protected

Plywood and mats under every piece of equipment. Decks, lawns, and neighbors' driveways covered before we start.

We Come Back

Concrete Patios Questions

Is stamped concrete slippery?

It can be when wet. We add a non-slip additive to the sealer on every stamped patio.

How big a patio do I need?

A 12 by 14 foot patio fits a dining table and four chairs comfortably. A 16 by 20 fits a table plus a seating area. We mark it out on site so you can see it.

Broom finish or stamped?

Broom finish if you want the most patio for the money. Stamped if you want it to look like stone and you will reseal it every 2 to 3 years.

Can you pour a patio next to my foundation?

Yes, with an expansion joint at the house and a pitch away from it. That is the part most people get wrong.

What is included in the price?

Starting at $12 per sq ft broom finish, $19 per sq ft stamped. That includes tear-out and haul-away of the old concrete, compacted stone base, fiber reinforcement, 4,000 psi air-entrained concrete, control joints, and cleanup. Stamped and colored patios include pattern, color hardener, release, and sealer.
