What We Pour

Residential flatwork is our bread and butter. Tear-out is included. Every price below is a real starting point, not a bait number.

Concrete Driveways

A driveway that sheds water toward the street instead of your garage, poured at 5 inches on a compacted base so it holds up to Lake County winters.

Starting at $11 per sq ft

Concrete Patios

Broom-finish and stamped patios pitched away from your foundation, so the slab you sit on every summer never sends water into your basement.

Starting at $12 per sq ft broom finish, $19 per sq ft stamped

Sidewalks & Walkways

Front walks, side paths, and city sidewalk replacement that meet code, drain properly, and do not become a trip hazard after the first winter.

Starting at $13 per sq ft

Garage Floors

Garage slabs poured flat, pitched to the door, and finished smooth so water and salt run out instead of sitting under your car all winter.

Starting at $11 per sq ft

Steps & Porches

Front steps and porches rebuilt with even risers, proper footings, and a surface that will not spall the first time you salt it.

Starting at $2,500

Concrete Removal & Replacement

Break-out and haul-away of failed concrete, done without wrecking your lawn, and replaced with a slab poured on a base that will not settle.

Starting at $2.50 per sq ft for stand-alone demo

Four Things We Do On Every Job

These are the four things Lake County homeowners complain about most in reviews of other concrete contractors. We built the company around doing the opposite.

Graded To Drain

We string-line every pour and pitch it away from your house. Then we walk it with you before we leave.

Property Protected

Plywood and mats under every piece of equipment. Decks, lawns, and neighbors' driveways covered before we start.

Written Quote, Small Deposit

Itemized quote in writing within 48 hours. A modest deposit, not half the job up front. No surprises on the invoice.

We Come Back

If something is not right after the cure, one call brings us back. No argument, no runaround.

Why "True Grade"

Grade is the slope that makes water leave a slab. Get it wrong and the driveway floods, the patio sends water into the basement, and the garage floor holds slush all winter. Most concrete complaints in Lake County are grading complaints.

We named the company after the one thing we refuse to get wrong. We set grade with a string line and a level before the truck shows up, and we walk the finished pour with you to prove the water goes where it should.

Questions Homeowners Ask

Do you charge for estimates?

No. Site visits and written quotes are free anywhere in Lake County.

What is included in your starting prices?

Tear-out and haul-away of the old concrete, compacted stone base, reinforcement, 5-inch driveways or 4-inch patios and walks, broom finish, control joints, and cleanup. Stamped work adds pattern, color, and sealer.

When can you pour?

Concrete season in Northeast Ohio runs roughly April through mid-November. We book spring jobs over the winter, so quoting early gets you the start date you want.

Are you licensed and insured?

Insured. Proof of insurance is available on request with every quote.

Do you do commercial work?

Our focus is residential driveways, patios, walks, garage floors, and steps. We take on small commercial flatwork case by case.
