Guarantee
The Come-Back Guarantee: one year. Covers: Grading and drainage: if water pools on a slab we poured or runs toward your house, we come back and fix it. Settling: if any section drops or heaves because of the base we built, we come back and fix it. Surface defects: scaling, spalling, or flaking of the finish within the first year. Cracks that displace: any crack that opens wider than 1/8 inch or lifts one side above the other.
Excludes: Hairline cracks narrower than 1/8 inch that do not displace. Concrete cracks; control joints are there to put the cracks where they belong. Damage from de-icing salts applied in the first winter, tree roots, heavy trucks before 28 days, or work done by others. Color variation in stamped or colored concrete, which is normal in any hand-finished surface.
